Preceded in death by parents and brother-in-law Edwin McCulley. Prior to his passing, he was surrounded by his family and friends. Born October 16, 1947, in Clearfield, the son of late Eugene and LaRue Kelley of Ebensburg. The family is being assisted by the Francis G.
